Dale I thank you for always striving for excellence, and never settling for anything less. That is the mantra of the special operations community and those of you that have served it well and served America well. This is what I will take from your coaching sessions, that all of us no matter how ordinary can strive and achieve excellence through following Your specialized curriculum.
And many people will tell you thanks for your service. But I will tell you thanks for your excellence thanks for your pursuit of excellence because that’s what makes you and your people in the special operations community different because you strive for excellence. Thank you for giving me the courage to make changes which will help me in the long term and I hope in my next career I can operate at the level of excellence that you demonstrate every day.

I've been breaking through Brother. I don't think I could handle what I'm dealing with right now, without the investment I made for myself, along side of you. I'm pretty sure my Mom's dying. Being a father is definitely my purpose....you ring through my mind daily. This is your purpose, do it well... and it is. It's everything. No wonder your kids come first. I love this little guy more than anything Man. I haven't wrote the testimonial because I haven't allowed myself to have what o would need to be able to do it 1000% wholeheartedly. I gotta know I got it...before I'm preaching about it, but I really do feel that this is exactly what I want to grow in, and where I was headed the whole time. This is the most powerful time in my life, and I'm here because I believed it could be different along side of you, the best resource I had. Thank you. I'm fighting.

"The time training with Dale was worth more than in weight in gold. It was game changing. It wasn't flashy; it was the fundamentals. The fundamentals masterfully embodied and expertly taught. Where I learned that the "advanced techniques" are the fundamentals masters. It wasn't just what I learned, but it was the PATH to keep learning. To I saw the importance of BE KNOW DO. The course gave me newfound conviction and tenacity to have immigration to be all that I am called to be for myself and all who I encounter."

During the covid lockdowns, I found myself with alot of time on my hands and somewhat stuck in life. Deciding to reach out to Dale was a game changer and immediately increased my productivity as well as learned how to tackle challenges with a different perspective. Go into the course with an open mind and start applying what you learn from each psychosoma module and you will see changes.
ASATC expanded my knowledge more in a short amount of time then any other course I've ever taken including military courses. Everything taught is backed up by Dale's knowledge and first hand experience. If the need arises where I have to apply the knowledge learned, I am confident I can perform competently.
Dale presents all the information at a pace that worked best for me. All questions answered and if any topic needed review, Dale was there to help.
Thanks again Dale for all the time you invested in me and looking forward to learning even more in the future!

I have a case study for ya too on your techniques…For the past 5months I was training rifle and pistol for this Tac rifle /pistol instructor cert and you know how hard pistol can be and I was running out of time /resources to train so I did a lot of dry fire and visualization throughout the day…I had to master 10 courses of fire for each weapon system and the time constraint correlated ie 1shot from holster 1.7,2 reload 2 etc …but anyway I was having some trouble with pistol during the testing ..and when I started to fill myself forcing it or trying ..I remembered what you said about imagination and will power…I went home let the feelings of fear of failure go away …imagined the end state ,regained confidence in all the training I did …and boom passed the next morning no prob 9-10 courses of fire for pistol 10-10 for rifle and taught my first Tac/rifle pistol class next two days ….so yea auto genic conditioning works sir…That just one of the techniques Of been using that you shared with me …Thank you ..it helped get pass the goal line 👍🏽. I imagined driving home with the cert on the front seat …and it happened just like that ….

Many thanks for letting me participate in your excellent program.
Dale Comstock brings a résumé to the world of online coaching that makes Grant Cardone and Tony Robbins look like beginners. I’m still a competitive athlete at age 61, and the reason I can compete is that I refuse to let age define me.
Dale’s approach to autogenic conditioning, and to mental and physical conditioning, wasn’t learned in a technical college or even in the Army — even though his service record in the latter makes general officers jealous. No, he learned his craft the old- fashioned way, through blood, sweat, tears, and many years in the gladiator’s arena.
His book is great. His online coaching is even better.

"I was at a point in my life where the smallest of tasks seemed insurmountable. Every obstacle stopped me dead in my tracks. I always had an excuse for not doing this or that. I was not fun to be around and always defensive when my wife asked, “when is the trim going to be stained?” One could say I was a great procrastinator and never seemed to accomplish much. My weight over the last 20 years went from 165 lbs to 254 lbs and I was a couple of points away from Type 1 diabetes.
I needed to change and take control of my life but didn’t really know where to start. Then one day I was scrolling through Facebook and came across this post by Dale Comstock. In so many words it read, if you are stuck in a rut and can’t seem to find your way out, message me and we will do a systems check and get you back on track.
Dale asked me one profound question: “What do you want your legacy to be?” It really got me thinking about what I wanted my family to think of me. My family loves me unconditionally and I knew that. But I wanted to be a better role model and a better husband because my family deserves it! Today I have lost 35.6 lbs since I rebooted my system with guidance from Dale Comstock. I have learned to take control over what I think and do when it comes to completing tasks and reaching my objective. By adopting this positive mindset, I no longer hit obstacles that prevent me from becoming a better Dad and Husband. Dale taught me to address my “problems” as challenges. To break them down and dissect them while finding solutions. I have fundamentally changed the way I think.
Dale started me out on a weight loss meal plan specifically tailored to me. With that plan in place, I started meal-prepping to ensure I could stay on track with it. The plan has been so helpful because I don’t have to think about food – I just follow the plan. And it works!
I started to exercise by walking on a treadmill and then gradually added some incline and light jogging. I found that life was a little too hectic in the evening hours at home with my wife and two boys demanding my time. Because to not exercise was not an option I found a time of the day that works for me. Today I get up every morning at 4:30am and hit the treadmill. I started out by just walking for 30 minutes each day and now I’m running just over two miles a day. This time will gradually increase.
The absolute best thing besides the weight loss is looking back at pictures from this year and last year and seeing the dramatic change. I have developed a mindset that no challenge is too big and that I can accomplish anything that I put my mind too. I would not hesitate to recommend this system check and reboot. It has dramatically changed my life!!!"

Dale, here’s the update. After talking to you it really motivated to get serious about getting back in shape and just making things happen for myself in my personal life and my pending move to Nevada. With that in mind, I reached out to my old trainer Nate and re-upped with him. After talking to you, it made me snap back into “Get out there and do what the fuck you gotta do!” mode. I hope I did not waste your time. And to be honest, that was the best $$$ I have spent. You are a great role model and it energized me to get back on track. Keep doing what you do, brother, and keep inspiring others to be the best they can be.

In October 2017, my professional career was in a serious plateau. I no longer felt challenged and, after 15 years in the banking industry, I was no longer enjoying my job. I had early success in banking, quickly rising through the ranks to a senior leadership position. Once established as a senior manager, my career soon became stagnant with few perceived promotional opportunities available. I lost my passion and motivation for my chosen profession and I was contemplating leaving the banking industry altogether and starting over.
I met Dale briefly in 2015 and connected with him on LinkedIn. One evening in October of 2017, I was scrolling through LinkedIn searching for professional inspiration and ran across Dale’s profile. We had not spoken in a couple of years. As fate would have it, Dale had just posted an inspirational message detailing his services as a Life and Professional Development Coach and I decided to contact Dale to find out more. Dale responded immediately and invited me to lunch the following day.
I can honestly say without hesitation that working with Dale has been the most meaningful and impactful professional decision that I have ever made! Dale’s extensive background, both in and out of the military, and never quit attitude has equipped him to provide logical, real world solutions to what I thought were problems. Under Dale’s philosophy, there are no such things as problems. Problems are “opportunities.” Dale provides a weekly course structure that has been carefully crafted to address each of his client’s unique circumstances. Dale takes the time to get to know each of his clients individually and, only after a comprehensive interview and Q&A, does he develop your plan. This ensures that each client enters a program that is individually tailored to his or her needs. Nothing about Dale’s course is “cookie-cutter” or “one size fits all!”
In early 2018, I earned the job opportunity that I thought would never happen. I say that I “earned” it because Dale changed my way of thinking. I applied Dale’s philosophies to my everyday life and began to look at things much differently. I rediscovered the winner mentality that I possessed early in my career. With reinvigorated confidence, I took ownership of my circumstances and “willed” myself to chase the next rung on the corporate ladder - refusing to be denied! After using Dale Comstock as my personal Life and Professional Development Coach, I now have the tools to maintain a high level of proficiency in both my personal and professional lives. I cannot stress this enough… if you find yourself in a similar predicament as me and need a swift kick in the posterior to “see the light”, contact Dale immediately and get the tools to be the best “you” that you can be! I promise that it will be one of the best decisions that you will ever make.
Respectfully,

It's not everyday we can meet our hero's and rarely if ever would we get a chance to maybe see them at some public event. I took a chance at hooking up with a personal hero of mine and thank God he agreed to help me in many ways. Today I'm officially 30 pounds lighter than I was 5 weeks ago! I've made a lifestyle change, eating healthy, exercising, working through pain and bad circumstances and all because this man agreed to mentor me in many ways, especially helping me to become mentally tougher, positive, healthy and finally becoming a better husband and father to my children. I'm enjoying life again and my kids have their father back. The journey isn't over, it's just begun, I'm not dead yet and have more life to live.
To my hero, mentor and friend I will not let you down and you are one of those people (you know what I mean!)
THANK YOU Dale Comstock and GOD bless you☦

Dale is a consummate professional and an expert in his chosen field. He has taken his skill set and adapted it to parallel success in the civilian world. Whether you want to prepare yourself for a military career, get in warrior shape or just tackle new horizons in life, Dale will be a great asset to you. The training goes way beyond the physical aspects but also includes new ways of breaking down performance walls and eating paradigms for breakfast.

I have worked with many of the world’s best coaches but Dr. Dale Comstock is in a league all of his own. I loved his practical, proven and field tested strategies because they are immediately usable and produce fast and uncommon results. At times I laughed so hard at his incredible real life stories I almost fell of my chair. He gets my vote for the real world “most interesting man in the world” I highly recommend Dr. Dale as an outstanding ultra performance coach.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your wisdom, guidance, and expertise...
First I want to thank you for your long time service and dedication to our great nation; you are a true patriot!
If I know or see a person that has served our country; I always stop to thank them and shake their hand.
I am so grateful that our paths crossed and I made the time and financial commitment to set up coaching with you.I look at things through an observation of “was it time well spent and was it money well spent”
Time being the most precious (You can make money back; you cannot get time back)
I have been on a leadership and personal growth journey, and you are by far the most the most rewarding to date.
I am at a physical peak because of you (55lbs and multiple pant sizes since Sept)
You were the best accountability partner for me personally…. Don’t worry; I will also be accountable to myself moving forward.
I am not finished… I still want to keep going. I have some cardio and stomach goals to build on what we have been already doing
For all that you have shown me from a health a fitness perspective…. You have also engaged me with mindset and business also
I know I am and will continue to be a better man, from my time spent with you
I looked forward to our weekly sessions almost like therapy (and I have never really had therapy)
You taught me new techniques, and exposed me to new mediums like “WhatsApp”
I am making big changes in my company this coming year that I am very excited about, that certainly have some of your influence.
(I think some of my employees think Im crazy, because of the dramatic changes)
I hope you don’t mind getting a call, text, or a WhatsApp on occasion…. I look forward to staying in touch
Please know that you have a friend in Orlando, Las Vegas, and Key Largo (Or any place in the world we might run into each other)
I hope I do get to see you in person to personally thank you and shake you hand againMi Casa es su casa (and that is not an empty saying)
I am hopeful that I can jump into some of your other classes you teach, down the road
The final word…. Was it time well spent and/or money well spent? Without a doubt!!
You are the American BadAss; but from my observation…. Also a BadAss human being!!
Many Thanks,
Shane
